Beriani Johor

Jangan teruja. Ni bukan entry resipi ye. Biarlah expert je yang beri, I jadi tukang makan leh la.

Hari ni kami sekeluarga lunch di JM Bariani, cawangan yang baru dibukak@KJ. 5 min drive je dari rumah dah sampai. Nasib tak buat tebiat kai selekeh2, maklumlah bila kuar dekat2 rumah I tend to dress simple as possible. Eh tapi tadi mmg kai simple pun. Takde mood nak melawa.

Thanks for the air-cond, as it was really hot outside. Rasa nak menangis je.


Seperti biasa tak reti nak review makanan2 ni, yang pasti sedap. The gravy (I mintak extra kuah beriani ayam) was very tasty. Tapi beza skit eh ngan beriani tempat lain, takde papadum, acar timun. Tu kena order asing kot.

I normally ask them to reduce the amount of rice they give me separuh pinggan. Tapi tadi husband dah awal2 kata toksah mintak separuh, dia kan ada, to rescue, kata DBKL :P

I like the way their rice is cooked. It doesn't stick to each other, which means their beriyani was done correctly, not too dry, and just moist. Taste wise, I must say, memang sedap la. Pernah makan beriani gam kat Putrajaya, I think JM beriani is better.

The dalca however is not something I like. Just my preference, so I normally do not touch the dalca at all.

K.inamail, mama dan adik saya duk sebelah2. Sila bezakan betul2 ye.

Beriani johor, beriani india and beriani pakistan memang lain2 rasa kan. For me beriani johor la kot paling best? Apa kata anda?
