Ada satu hari tu kami berempat; my mum, dad, hubby and me gi jalan2 tengok show house di Shah Alam. Takde la desperately in need to buy, saje jalan2. Sebab rasa nya kalau beli this or or which ever other house, haruslah kena let go current house ni.
Tetiba bila masuk show house ni, I kinda like the design, furniture (not all) and etc. It is fairly beautifully designed and landscape semua dah siap and cantiklah kan, from my point of view la. Kalau I takde terbuat de landscape camtu. It's a corner lot double storey superlink house located in Shah Alam, section berapa dirahsiakan. Tapi kawasan2 pendalaman gak la bukan kat bandar Shah Alam tul2. Tapi rasa cam tak beli sebab my parents macam tak agree je. Restu orang tua penting gak kan. Takut kitorang duk jauh2 kot.
Kalau pindah, tinggal pasang grill and tukar curtain; that's for sure pasal curtainnya tak cantik langsung. Yang lain2, ok je. Senang beb, tayah fikir nak renovate bagai. Kalau I la nak renovate, kena panggil ID ni. Tapi rumah bukan 2-3 juta apesal plak nak panggil ID, cam over je. Kata salesperson tu, what you see is what you get. Siap dari cabinet, katil, sofa, dining table ke pinggan mangkuk semua la dapat.
But rasanya my hubby and I will wait till the price of show house drop sebab showhouse ni kan a demo house. If we were to buy a showhouse, have to bear in mind that the furniture & fittings inside are already 1-2 yrs old already. And some minor problem here & there yang tak dapat dielakkan. The design, furniture etc haruslah doesn't fit everybody's taste. My mum feel the design's outdated. I rasa macam ok je. Modern concept gitu la. Memang pun a bit simple la the furniture especially kat ruang tamu tu, tapi slow2 la leh tukar la dalam 2-3 tahun camtu. Wah senang je aku cakap ye.
Harganya? Toksah tanya la sebab macam tak jadi je nak beli.
Ok la kalau boleh kasi opinion, sesuai ke beli show house unit ni?
